There is no such thing as “well regulated” capitalism. Capitalism by nature is predatory.

Sure, as long as employer and employee are earning about the same amount of money.

And do about the same amount of productive labour. And only if 'employer' (or really 'administrator') is an absolutely necessary position elected from within the ranks of those who create value already.

There is no such thing as fair payment under an employer. You're still exploiting your employees by dictating to them how much of the value they worked to create that they're allowed to keep. The only moral structure is for all workplaces to be democratically owned/operated.

The idea of "owning" a business that requires other workers to remain viable is inherently irrational. We're a country (& world) that values investment instead of labor & the results of this dynamic are catastrophic for all but a small, powerful handful.
