No, those bailouts were given with no requirement whatsoever that they use the money to pay their workers. And no American citizen should be forced to choose between their livelihood and their health, needing to go back to work in a medically risky situation.

Some want to work but the jobs aren't there anymore. Some want to work & can. Some shouldn't be working bc of health. Regardless of the situation,

Yep. Money given to individuals actually goes back into the economy, more stimulating than giving it to big companies who are not required to hire or pay workers.
