1/ I’m not delegitimizing third party voting at all! In “Healing the Soul of America” I discuss the history of third parties. Abolition came from the Abolitionist party, women’s suffrage came from the Women’s party, and Social Security came from the Socialist party.
2/ When I ran for Congress I ran as an Independent. George Washington warned us about political parties in his Farewell Address and the Constitution doesn’t even mention them. So I’m the last person delegitimizing third parties.

3/ I understand from experience -better than anyone other than Bernie- exactly what everybody’s talking about with this. My point remains the same, however. For me, I can’t go there as long as Donald Trump is up for re-election. He is that profoundly dangerous to me.

You need to talk to healed survivors and trauma informed psychologists about this. Please stop, take a step back and consider what we are saying.. you need more info in your mind to make a wise decision. Trump is not worse than Biden. He's just different.
