Every politician who ever voted to deny food or education to a child, economic opportunity to an adult, good stewardship to the earth or peaceful solutions to foreign affairs is part of a dying breed of corporatized corruption that will not outlive what’s now preparing to be born

Preach it Marianne. As Brené Brown so artfully points out, the era of having "power over" is dying out, the era of sharing "power with" is coming through. No longer can we see humans as separate from each other.

It's a growth hierarchy not a dominator hierarchy! Another author puts it that way (Ken Wilber). Dominator hierarchies are about dominating the lower levels. Growth hierarchies are about letting people thrive; where people above don't dominate but help uplift.

What's now preparing to be born will not be born if those two corporate-owned parties remain in power. Politicians from both parties are in it for self-service, not public service.
