3/ So what’s important to realize is that greatest suffering among African-Americans was not created by Covid so much as reflected by Covid. Important to realize this because otherwise, when Covid is done we’ll think the problem has been handled.

Like the welfare system of the 60's, one more handout will only serve to perpetuate irresponsibility. That you cannot comprehend this is just one more reason that you should never hold public office.
