1/ $500B in bailout money went to big businesses who weren't even required to pay their workers with it. So it amounts to a bailout for only the stockholder class, while millions of others are thrown crumbs on which it's almost impossible to live.
2/ I feel compassion for people protesting to go back to work, when they see no other way to pay for rent and feed their families. The irony is that they're protesting people trying to save their lives, when who they should be protesting are those who are destroying their lives.
There's never a question about where the money will come from when it has to do with large corporations. When it comes to helping the American people, that's the first one asked. --even by the American people.
