while canvassing,out of 150 signatures 6 people asked me about my platform all were POC 4 were women 2 people asked me if I was running as a Republican or a Democrat both were white males in their fifties when I said Dem, they removed their masks & coughed/spit in my face

Wait. What’s the “other side?” Do you think the corporate dominance of the United States is like a legitimate “other side to the argument?” I didn’t even mention political parties. And undue corporate influence is toxic in either one of them.

And the safe assumption is that all incumbents are beholden to corporate interests. Worse still is the bureaucratic government machine that prohibits any benevolent institutional growth.
