No one with weight should be endorsing progressive candidates, and that includes Bernie or anyone else. Once someone has won, fine—endorse then. Otherwise, all it does is make it less likely a progressive will win by dividing the vote.

When there are multiple Populist candidates of equivalent commitment and qualifications, the voters should be made aware of all of them. It's up to them to decide the winner.

That's the most specious excuse I've ever heard. His campaign was dead in the water when you chose to step in and you know it. Then Andy Yang's boy suddenly got all excited and volunteered to help just as Booker's momentum was growing.
