True, but it should also be said that it started many years before Trump. Perpetual war for profit, absolute lack of regard for the lives of foreign citizens, widespread systemic corruption - these far pre-date Trump, but many people treat him as the cause instead of the symptom.
The problem with the US government is not that it lacks money; the problem with the US government is that it lacks a conscience.

Stop asking government to fix the problems it created. It will require self-organization to get us out of this mess. We need civic groups and labor unions that aren't beholden to any political party.

I would agree but the problem is Govt just gave $1.3 trillion (with three times more to come) to a corporate bail out which could help American citizens from suffering and dying so, yeah, strongly disagree with what you’re saying.
