When it comes to inalienable rights, you don't need a reason to exercise them. I don't ask you to justify your criticisms of the government because it's your first amendment right to do so, likewise these people don't need to justify their exercising of constitutional rights.

But rights constantly compete with each other and there is a need to balance them. That's why you don't have the 1A right to yell "fire" in a movie theater, or the 2A right to carry a firearm in a federal building.
