1/ 13 million children In America were hungry even before Covid, yet they are essentially “invisible Americans.” Too young to vote therefore representing no voting constituency, and too young to work therefore representing no financial leverage, they wield no power in Washington.
2/ This is why a country should not be run like a business; it should be run like family. The fact that our government is doing more to protect big businesses than to protect small children at such a time as this is a moral outrage and an unsustainable trajectory for our country.
“Should be run like a family” A very important statement. That’s the way it was meant for countries and businesses all over the world. To get that accomplished it requires all of us. Covid set it clear: Establishments/Governments can not handle it. WE MUST UNITE TO DO IT!

When you find a family plan that’s actually scaled to 330 million let me know. I’ll take a look at how it’s going for them. To date most family plans have serious problems starting at 2 people.
Preferably a ‘functional’ family, one where spending quality time with each other is more important than trying to have more stuff so we appear ‘successful’. Children can thrive and have a much better psychological start to life if we prove we value them by making time 4 them.
