What's frustrating about our political discourse is when people say you have to "listen to both sides" as if there are only 2 perspectives. There are thousands. “...aren’t even articulated, much less debated” doesn’t even begin to cover it. More like “are made to appear ridiculous,” “treated like a joke, “described as obviously not serious,” etc. - while the two-headed monster of groupthink takes us closer and closer to disaster.
