Apocalypse is headed straight at us and yep, it's scary. Despite fear, we need to stop it, and we can. The way I say "snap out of it" to myself is that being scared does nothing to fix the problem.

Being scared is fine, I was just sharing how I get myself to not let it cripple me. Be scared, I know I am. You are already ahead of the curve by admitting to the world that you feel this way. Most people either continue to hide or try to mask it.

Not many are. Life is already hard and current events aren't making them any easier. Then we also have impending doom on the horizon. Not an easy world we are living through at the moment. Just know: not everyone is an enemy by default.
