The idea here is that only someone whose career has been entrenched for at least a decade in the system that drove us into this ditch should possibly be consider qualified to lead us out of it. That’s a fiction promulgated by a system whose only goal is to perpetuate itself.

I hear that. But there are other skill sets, other kinds of expertise, that perhaps are even more relevant to the times in which we live. They too are “qualifications.” And it’s difficult to remain in that system and truly call it out at the same time. It spits out truth-tellers

After you win your seat in the House of Representatives, go check in with AOC, Omar, Tlaib and others. They will welcome you. I support their efforts. It doesn't seem like they're on the track to become "entrenched" or part of the "system" promulgating fictions. Good luck!
