Maybe the whole point of this is to start anew. No more electing. Maybe even no more money. Why keep trying to work within a broken system?
That would be the exact opposite of starting anew - except in the worst possible way. “No more money” and “no more electing” translates into just completely giving up on this country. The only “no more money” is to get the money out of politics and that takes staying in the game.

The game is the problem in my opinion. I have given up on this system. A long time ago. That's not exactly the same as giving up on the country. This is a world crisis and depending on what happens maybe there won't be countries. I don't know. No one does.
