They deserve to be protected, it should be unlawful. PPEs have been treated like a game piece you have to win, highest bidder or biggest donor. Lawsuits & investigations will find underhanded misappropriation of goods & distribution. Sad, very sad.

What about all the nurses and doctors who have been laid off because their hospitals are near empty because it is mostly only covid patients are being admitted? Hospitals across the country are going bankrupt because they have no patients!

WTF? Hospitals, clinics and doctors offices have been supplying their staff with PPE for freaking decades. Now its Trump's responsibility all of a sudden? Seriously! WTF?

During a National emergency, yes it is the Government, FEMA etc, that steps in to provide the States what they need during the emergency. Have you also heard that PPE orders for FEMA supersede State’s orders for product, deliveries actually diverted. Logistics can be tricky.
