You see the signs in progressive candidates who support those kinds of policies - and there are many. But if people don’t support those candidates then it simply doesn’t happen.

More will be revealed on this. Seems we have made conscience decisions to not find cures nor large advancements in science/medical wellness. Decades of lack. Too bad we cannot be a country of advanced medicine, science, innovative engineering...complacency seems to rule+neglect.
