      We do not have a king. The president of the US does not have absolute authority; that’s why we have three co-equal branches of government. We do not have a dictator, and we do not want one.

      This is about congress shirking their responsibility over 30 years. No one wanted to be in charge, so they kept handing power to the exec branch. This is just the bill coming due.
