Before this, lots of smart people were arguing btw M4A vs a transitioned approach. Seemed hard to know which would be better, unless you specifically worked w/ the prev admin & were familiar w/ the implementation details of each. I think a lot would go straight for M4A now.

The infrastructure is already there, literally all that's needed is to expand it. ACA was a shoddy, cobbled together bandaid & actually *was* intended to be the transition towards single payer as the end goal.
