I suppose I'm on information overload, even meditating, exercising, dancing, cleaning, etc...haven't sufficed to calm myself. Any suggestions?

yeah for some reason I can't get those types of meditations to work for me right now. It works and then is all right back as soon as I go to work as I'm considered "essential". But thank you truly, I will continue to watch this video.
