I suppose I'm on information overload, even meditating, exercising, dancing, cleaning, etc...haven't sufficed to calm myself. Any suggestions?

Marianne, I have been a part of this spiritual growth/conspiracy theories/ufo's/intergalactic beings/channeling/etc....for over 20 years. I can honestly say that idk what to do. I feel so much crazy in my soul, that I'm afraid. Not of the virus, but of the outcome.

Channelings can help you with this, and they have helped me (Kryon, etc). We will get through this, things will be revealed and things will change for the better. Fear is a negative emotion that only brings harm. Stay safe, and focus on positive things. Help others if you can.
