Yes! Excellent term. You've got me thinking on how all the different complex gears lock together to run the machine.
This is a perfect time for us to be thinking through things like this. Sometimes we need to think about what’s happening at a deeper level or things keep happening the way they’ve been happening from sheer inertia. This feels to me like one of those times for us collectively.
