Kudos to Andrew Cuomo (something that under normal circumstances I never thought I would say). When people say, “Well what would you have Trump do??” The answer is, “What Cuomo is saying.” He’s on top of it, he’s strong, he’s got the tone of a leader. He’s found his inner Mario.

OK, saying it's going to last for 9 months and setting that expectation is counter-productive. It causes panic and is not helping NYers manage stress or have any hope.
