Kudos to Andrew Cuomo (something that under normal circumstances I never thought I would say). When people say, “Well what would you have Trump do??” The answer is, “What Cuomo is saying.” He’s on top of it, he’s strong, he’s got the tone of a leader. He’s found his inner Mario.

Kudos? Cuomo waited way too long to take action and mandate shelter in place. NY will be a disaster partially because of that. Very sad. Definitely no hero for those of us who were watching actions taken early on.

Exactly. Most of us underestimated this thing in the beginning. Whether we now admit or not. This thing happened fast. To err & miscalculate is human. The question is, do we accept accountability & correct course as best we can in light of new information, or do we double down?
