Meanwhile- it has been Trump who has been saying (since way before his presidency) that we have to bring jobs back to America. The majority of his campaign was based on it.
Yes, he did say that. Yet his policies as president have been totally in contradiction to that kind of viewpoint.

His signature economic policy was the 2017 $2 trillion tax cut in which $.83 of every dollar went to the richest corporations & individuals. While the middle class part of it was good, 83% of it only served the very wealthiest and in no way trickles down. That’s how he operates.

Marianne, we like you. We like your positive energy and ideas. But you simply cannot deny the policies of Trump have created an environment that incentivizes domestic manufacturing. Economic opportunity zones are a big win for the worst effected communities you advocate for.
