There’s not even a question but that we need a quick, massive bailout to individuals at this time. I supported UBI during my campaign and I support it now. Then it was important and now it’s critical.

This was not UBI. It was targeted to the long term unemployed in hopes of spurring employment from them which is not the purpose of UBI in the first place.
