Marianne Williamson has no idea what the Democratic Party should me. She had no qualifications to run for the Presidency.
According to the US Constitution I do. 35 or older. Born here. Lived here for 14 years. The Founders wanted every generation to decide for itself what skill set they felt was necessary to navigate the times in which they live. It wasn’t left to you to decide who’s “qualified.”
