3) Now allow yourself to notice how many things in your home cry out for your attention. Closets and drawers that need to be sorted out, space that needs to be cleaned, clutter that needs to be dealt with, emails that need to be written, calls to make. Don't rush. Lean in to it.
Now for the big one: people. As you sit there send love to everyone who lives with you, especially the ones who annoy you. Realize this is the perfect opportunity to spend time getting clear, dissolving walls in front of your heart. Surrender to God your annoyances & judgements.
You alone are in control of how you'll deal with what's happening. The chance that you or someone you love will die from this is very low, but you're needed to keep the numbers as low as possible. Only you can determine whether you'll use this time to become a better human being.

OK, let’s have that conversation. Do you think we should just pour pink paint over our problems and pretend they don’t exist, in the name of “spirituality?” That’s called doing a spiritual bypass, whether as individuals or collectively. Nothing “positive” about it at all.
