1) Meditation for today: Sit quietly and look around you. Notice anything in your surroundings that is something you love, as well as things you normally try to avoid dealing with. Extend your awareness to the entire space. Let's change your relationship to your physical home.

Now for the big one: people. As you sit there send love to everyone who lives with you, especially the ones who annoy you. Realize this is the perfect opportunity to spend time getting clear, dissolving walls in front of your heart. Surrender to God your annoyances & judgements.

You alone are in control of how you'll deal with what's happening. The chance that you or someone you love will die from this is very low, but you're needed to keep the numbers as low as possible. Only you can determine whether you'll use this time to become a better human being.
