One of the ways to dissolve the panic is to begin immediately to provide solutions. Mayors should set up 2 kinds of hotlines: 1 for people who need to receive help, and a 2nd for people who want to provide help. Once we’re joined in that kind of consciousness answers will appear.
Start with the people around you. Are there older people you should call? Are your own older relatives OK? Is there anyone you know who is sick and needs your help?

We can help those in self quarentine who have no nearby family members. Contact them by phone, get them groceries ,& essentials, leave them outside their front doors & call them immediately after the delivery. Visit by phone or video calls, not in person.
