One of the things I’m most worried about is elderly people in their homes alone who wouldn’t have anyone to bring them food if they get sick. If you’re young & healthy, one of the best things you can do for yourself is to start thinking about how you might help someone who’s not.

yes, someone should do so, I do what I can do, am facing 2 major surgeries soon, a lot on my plate after spending last few years in my car, barely getting around now, severe shortness of breath & very low energy, can barely breathe

I’m so sorry. I’m also very happy to hear that you have a home and an aide. You’re in my prayers.

Thank you, Marianne. You've inspired me to reach out to our local Senior Center today to see how I may be of service. I am already doing Skype counseling sessions thru my practice & would be happy to provide free check-ins for Seniors who need support. Or pick up meds, food, etc.

thank you much, seniors without homes are most at risk & in need, 50% of those without homes are 50+ 60+ 70+ 80, thanks.
