One of the things I’m most worried about is elderly people in their homes alone who wouldn’t have anyone to bring them food if they get sick. If you’re young & healthy, one of the best things you can do for yourself is to start thinking about how you might help someone who’s not.

Absolutely - am 30 min away up, see her again this weekend. She also works as a waitress at an old folx home at 78, so she’s capable but vulnerable. Promise I have and will continue so! Thanks for all you do and are doing— I hope u & urs stay safe, surrounded by love & lightpic.twitter.com/1CgfKvXpYd

My Grandmother is 99. She will be 100 in September... my Aunt helps care for her along with me and my parents but they are all elderly and vulnerable... it’s scary to think I could lose them all
