Start with the people around you. Are there older people you should call? Are your own older relatives OK? Is there anyone you know who is sick and needs your help?
One of the ways to dissolve the panic is to begin immediately to provide solutions. Mayors should set up 2 kinds of hotlines: 1 for people who need to receive help, and a 2nd for people who want to provide help. Once we’re joined in that kind of consciousness answers will appear.

Perhaps if this country didn’t glorify war all the time and spent obscene levels of money making bombs and entertained the concept of really embracing science, specifically public health, the stress would probably be way lower.
