I feel like the reasons why I need to meditate are the very same reasons why I cant meditate (lack of focus, concentration, will power, calmness). How does ine get past this problem? Thank you

start by doing smaller shorter meditations just focusing on your breathing for a couple of long breaths... and know that the struggle of focus, concentration, calmness, is not a failure but a part of working toward to the state of mind you desire. you can do it!
