This is a contest between those who feel a moderate approach will more likely defeat Trump v. those who feel a more progressive approach will more likely defeat him. I feel passion & conviction on our side will be needed to defeat the passion & conviction among Trump supporters.

No, we need common sense and for people to think about our economy...compassion and conviction are Noble, but you have to have critical thinking and the drive to get anything accomplished
That’s simply not how voters work though. The part of the brain that rationally analyzes an issue is not the part of the brain that decides who to vote for.

And that's where we combat with facts....if people ignore the facts, then at least you can say you fought to inform people...but doing nothing helps nobody, hoping things will change doesn't actually bring change

She is simply stating that emotion more often than not overrides logical thinking. People will vote for who they WANT. Who makes them feel safe and positive about the Oval Office

That's why we got Trump. Similar with Bern. You've all been screwed (true), it's the millionaires and billionaires (somewhat true, but he is also a millionaire) and I'm gonna fix it (not true and hasn't been for all his years in office). Very much dislike his "savior approach.
