When most turn away in fear, a few will show up with empathy, compassion and love. Some of the people I admire most did this at the height of the AIDS crisis, but there were far too few.

It was the job of your press manager and campaign strategist to control media narratives. Not just collect a check. You were also offered a documentary in The New York Times to tell your side of the story and you declined.
