Be careful there. Let’s not personalize this. Not every rich person is a greedy bastard and not every poor person is holy and pure. This is not about demonizing people; it’s about rejecting corrupt systems. Our moral authority lies in remembering that.
This is what has been disappointing about Bernie. His claim that billionaires should not exist and constant demonizing of them IS divisive. The tax system needs to be overhauled for sure, but speaking of eliminating a class of people and blaming them for all ills is wrong.
