I should’ve use the word “attack” instead of “fight.” Of course we have to debate, even strongly disagree at times. But an attack mode is different energy; it lacks emotional intelligence. Only despots use it and win, and even then only temporarily. Only light casts out darkness.

Fighting sometimes is part of life imo. Shouldn't always be viewed negatively. Intent and mission are far more important in my mind. Besides, fighting in this case is meant metaphorically, not literally.

Healthy debate, obviously. If children hear mommy and daddy having a healthy argument, it can teach a child honorable communication skills. If children hear mommy and daddy yelling and screaming at each other, they put their hands over their ears and stop hearing anything.
