According to Gandhi’s philosophy of nonviolence, the end is inherent in the means. If we’re hateful to each other now, we’re not going to be able to all come together in some kumbaya effort once the nominee is chosen. Anger weakens us.We can practice respectful disagreement now.

This is about bringing compassion and caring into the political sphere. That means also fighting for the least among us. But to use divisive tactics and lies to smear someone is what will divide. I hope that you will endorse Bernie because our movement is to bring people together

Was this the stuff Trump and James OKeefe were saying was about to come down on Bernie? How did they know about it before everyone else?

@marwilliamson - this is really because there are too many parties that make up the democratic party. It's hard to be a united party when due to the constraints of a two party system there are people who are in a party that do not represent their values. -
There is a constant tug of war between the progressive left wing and the center left wing of the party. The progressives have never really won and the aggressive fighting right now is because that wing of the party is tired of losing. We're tired of being told "unity."

What
@Jaybefaunt said. You know Bernie is the one, girlfriend. His policies are more in line with your stated worldview than anyone else running.#EndorseBernie -
Thank you, sister. That was a beautiful addition to what I said. You said it better than I could.

How come people ONLY care about this now that Warren is being criticized???? Where the hell were these people all these MONTHS of the vicious smears against Tulsi????
-
Marianne was the first (or second) candidate to speak up for Tulsi after Hillary smeared her.
