I should’ve said not “just” on the outside. We need disruptive leadership both inside and outside establishment walls. Otherwise systems become entrenched.

There was a lengthy government shutdown in the US that was stopped in its tracks by a work stoppage of a *single day* that shut down the airline industry. That was just this year! That sort of action is not antiquated.
