No he isn’t - it’s only able-bodied adults without children and no, the tax cut was for almost everyone. Don’t fall into that silly drm messaging.
Many thousands of what you call “able-bodied adults” are not able to meet the requirements, and $.83 of every dollar of that tax cut went to the richest individuals and corporations.

If they are not able to meet the requirements, they may apply for disability and then they automatically meet the requirements. How about we stop giving .83 of every dollar to Israel?

I have no reason to doubt your number but it’s also misleading because the people who pay the most taxes are the richest people. And yet, id be considered rich but I live in California so just getting by. The tax cut was very helpful and allowed us to set up a 529 for kid
