In a time of a housing crisis, no property should be owned by foreigner. There are cities that are allowing its foreign investors to buy multiple properties and convert them into mini mansions. It’s disgusting to see.

I once knew someone who worked in the hedge fund industry and they were very proud of buying up U.S farmland and speculating on it. No concern for communities or farmers. They were American.
