America needs to start spending far more money on ways to improve people’s lives (schools, peace) & far less on ways to destroy people’s lives (prisons, war). That perversion of our values, codified in public policy for no other reason than profit, must be challenged & rejected.

Agree 100% I feel we can trace violence (aggression) backward from greed, guns, bullying, gangs, extremists, haters, poverty, abuse, homelessness, tainted food, even climate to a lack of empathy.

Like she says in a lot of her speeches, everyone on the left's pointing out what's "immoral" about our current system, but we've not been as strong in defining what a "moral" politics would look like. She's one of the few you can count on to right that imbalance. Thx, MW!
