I don’t vote in the #US but since @marwilliamson came in the democratic race I am into it. I want to listen to her. I believe she has so much to bring to the table not only domestically. So I try to understand why her struggle to make it to the debates and hike in the polls

She mentions how the machine doesn’t really let voices from outside the establishment be part of the conversation and how hard shaking off the #NewAge perception and all the prejudices

There is no much she could do to change people’s perceptions about her being a woman, a published author on espirituality or a privileged guide to celebrities. What she could do is protect herself from the devitalising effect of those perceptions which are a reflection of her own

Why do I spend time on this? Because I see how important is that who we “believe” we are, matches what we “think” people perceive of us. Such a fascinating subject. I would try to see through the #BachFlowers system.

#Walnut the flower of changes, the one which helps to find resources within ourselves to face obstacles. It helps us be flexible so we can go around obstacles instead of fighting them

#Willow systemic discrimination can live inside those affected through generations. We expect what we consciously or unconsciously believe will happen to “people like us”. Self fullfilling prophecy. We resent being part of the targeted group and this feeds the circle

#Larch gives confidence. It’s not enough to believe in what we profess, it is important to fill every single cell and thought of our beings with these ideals. If somewhere anyone feels there is a chance she/he isn’t prepared for the task, then confidence will elude her/him

#Scleranthus when there is doubt. Doubt is our worst enemy and knowing could feed it. The vibrations of our emotions are exact and devoid of moral judgement. There is no being half scared, half anxious, half angry. We are or we are not. We feel or we don’t. Stability is key
