Having money is actually a social heath issue. No one presents it that way. If one has money, they can take care of themselves. If one does not have money, they cannot take care of themselves and then stress a corrupt social system. A properly aligned UBI eliminates that paradigm

People living paycheck to paycheck cannot afford to make financial risks because they lack expendable income. Anyone may come up with great ideas, but few are able to realize it because of great wealth inequality. The death of the middle class is the death of innovation.

and what about the 250,000+ seniors 50-65+ without homes dying on streets, in cars now??? housing is healthcare and we are without it now.

I don’t know about the numbers but I agree there’s a humanitarian crisis among our elders. We need a massive infusion of help for those whose despair has simply been normalized by our political establishment.
