Didn't we take our sweet time to enter the European theater, and when we did, only strategically aided our allies at the time when it served our interests? Examine the historical record and see for yourself. But conceding that point which indeed has two sides, when SINCE then?

This is exactly why any foreign policy that isn't based on rapid demilitarization in terms of funding & presence is literally lethal to the world order. We helped create this disaster in Syria. And CIA-trained forces in Afghanistan are now killing more civilians than the Taliban.
