As far as veganism, I agree intellectually as well. Unfortunately, I have digestive issues that make substituting with plant based proteins problematic (too much fiber). I have cut out dairy though and consume very little beef.

Climate change means that nuclear plants are more likely to be safety hazards when natural disasters continue to rise in severity. The public safety concerns are real. Marianne will co-create policy with experts, which is the best path forward imo

...is a crime against humanity and the planet. Plenty of huge corporations invested in getting humans to eat more unhealthy grains & veg, from food manufacturers (cheaper ingredients) to Big Pharma (metabolic diseases at an all-time high)
