That’s a very good point. The undereducation of so many Americans - particularly about history - is at the root of many of our problems today.

The challenges faced by indigenous communities are all but ignored by mainstream media. Teaching the unabridged history of this country is vital for social and cultural progress.

US history and how it is taught in school, often veers from the absolute truth in order justify actions morally. Upsets me because generations learn a lot from prior generations mistakes. If we aren’t getting the 100% truth, hard to not repeat.
