The idea that an economic system untethered to any ethical or moral consideration - then given virtual control of our government - leads to anything other than societal disaster is a foolish illusion that’s already created rampant pain and dysfunction for both people and planet.

Uh, if you can show the research where "values" have even close to the same effect on any market system as literally any other factor I would be real interested in seeing it.

Frankly the notion that your decisions should apply to everyone and you should suffer no consequences from that is more appalling than your lack of understanding of basic economic decision making. Hubris!
