My understanding is that all the people to be arrested this weekend have had their day in court and a judge has issued a removal order. If they are in this country without proper registration they are breaking laws. People that break laws are called criminals.

Absolutely correct. They’ve had their day in court and a federal judge has ordered them to be deported because they’re either here under false pretenses or have criminal records.
